Berlin Fashion Week ended last week. It has been such a dream, as it is my really first Fashion Week abroad ! How to describe my week in Berlin ? I would say amazing and mesmerizing. Despite the cold Berlin weather, everything was just perfect…Being able to attend several runway shows, afterparties, and blogger events made my stay in Germany really packed, but unforgettable.
As I wrote in my previous article, I was really curious to discover and know more about the Berlin Fashion Scene. I fell in love with Berlin during my last trip in september (I wouldn’t mind to live there actually :). So the Berlin Fashion Week was really important to me : I wanted to discover the Berlin’s fashion with the eyes of a Parisian.
So how to describe this Autumn/Winter 2017 trend ? Feminine with the return of pink and Red/Bordeaux colors. Which was a bit surprising to me. I expected to see more edgy and dark looks. But from some shows I managed to attend, such as Ewa Herzog (which was one of my favorite one), floral laces and floral elements played a huge role. Another one of my favorite designer from this season was Rebekka Ruétz. I already introduced her in my previous article, and her collection was such a pleasure to the eyes ! The meeting of the 80s and the Antimoderne, a kind of dark Renaissance. Isn’t it a bold and original theme ? I fell in love with several outfits which used mixing elements such as metallic textures, and warm colors.
Enjoy the pictures !
